-Below average pay -Terrible Head office management team -Poor work ethics and company culture -Employee benefits are non-existent -Getting constantly micro-managed -Unrealistic performance expectations with no support -Absolutely ridiculous low level of communication in the head office -Half the head office employees cannot speak English well -Poor work life balance -Work overtime with little or no notice -No room for promotion and asking for a pay raise -Can be replaced at anytime by recent immigrants who are willing to work for less salary
