I worked at Canada Computers full-time

    Pros

    Always job openings
    Don’t need to think much

    Cons

    10hr shifts
    Understaffed
Poor communication from head office, which lead to poor communications from managers, and down to poor customer service.

    Advice to Management

Minimum wage increasing did not mean that one person should do more work “to earn our raise” - staff should not each have to do the job of three people.

I have been working at Canada Computers full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -Sometimes you'll get awesome coworkers
-Sometimes you'll meet regular customers who become your friends

    Cons

-If you're not Chinese, good luck getting anything you ask for.
-Literally everyone at head office is chinese, and the managers will belittle you in chinese to each other (co worker of mine spoke chinese and always told us the stuff the managers would say)
-If you don't push warranty they threaten to fire you

    Advice to Management

    Stop being so greedy

I worked at Canada Computers part-time

    Pros

30 hours guaranteed. Next to no pressure to sell warranties.

    Cons

Long shifts, standing. You only get paid out commission if you reach 400$ worth. Next to no training. Little incentive to work here as a member of LGBTQ+, managers don’t care about anything really

    Advice to Management

More training, actually make an effort to hire gender diverse sales staff.

I worked at Canada Computers full-time

    Pros

The sales associates are nice, the supervisor as well.

    Cons

Kitchen is dirty and also the washrooms. They make the employees clean the floor from the store every day. There's no company to do the cleaning job in the store.
