Joke of a company - Senior Product Manager Canada Computers Employee Review

Very poor working condition and toxic environment. Each department is extremely siloed and tunnel vision. All directions are from top down, but they only care about profit. Where the entire market is down, they expect you to grow with no resources offered. It's a David and Goliath game but with roadblocks and discouragement every step of the way. No room for growth. If you did grow and ask for raise, be prepared to get laid off because there's plenty of minimum wage immigrants to replace you. Quantity over quality workers. Benefits package offered were embarrassing.
