Pros
i've loved working for the ALDO group and personally think Call it Spring is even better. The culture is upbeat and exciting and perfect for those motivated by positive energy. Management is very personable and seems to be flexible to change - opportunities to move up pretty organized flexible!
Cons
The corporation as a whole has not done the best at keeping our store supplied with product and cares way too much about employees meeting Shoe Care goals - Even though they haven't restocked our store in months. We haven't had shipment for a whole 3-4 months. Customers and even employees questioned if the store was closing.(Sales lasted forever)
