      -Short opens and closes -If you like visual merchandising, this role is for you

      Cons

      -As a SM you will be doing everything even stock when hours are low -Pay is quite low for the amount of work -Too many metrics to meet, if shoe care is low upper management will hound you until you get it up. Which results in staff purchasing shoe care to make up the difference.
