Pros

Very friendly staff, casual and laid back environment. Usually understandable sale goals for sales employees. 50% off employee discount. Very flexible hours.

Cons

Have to wear their shoes and highly needed shoe care for long hour shifts. Not that many hours given. Scheduled hours got cut very often due to 'slow' days or not enough money for employees to work. Selling shoe care is difficult at first. Always have to do something whether its fixing displays, setting demos, or cleaning.

Pros

Good employee discount Found very good friends while working there

Cons

- for a company that preaches they’re sustainable and vegan wastes ALOT of paper considering they make u print EVERYTHING off and doesn’t recycle it either. -POS systems are so old they barely work and trying to get anything replaced never happens. -you will make minimum but work a lot harder then u make. -shoes are awfully made. -shoe care is a big thing and they won’t take anything as an excuse. If the Customer says no they will make u HOUND them for it until they leave and u will get scolded for “not trying hard enough” even when you are
