Pros
I worked for Cvs for 8 years. It was honestly a totally different enviroment when I first started out. The raises were .25 every year. They did pay for my national certification and provided the training. I have worked in different parts ofSC. Regionsl management has always been nice and sympathetic to workload.
Cons
Pay is terrible. No experience starting off at 9 an hour is good, because the promise was get your state and national certification and you are raised to 12 and then its a quarter ever year. This changed suddenly. Now the max raise you can recieve is 2.5% that's yhe max. If your store is not rated excellent you are not allowed to get 2.5 even if you are an excellent employee.
