Severed and they tied all of our hands in the severance agreement, but they failed to live of to any of the severance agreement to the point that they got sued by many and their response was to not even show up claiming that those suing did not follow the severance agreement and go through THEIR ARBITRATION process which is an internal person saying "no" and refusing to put anything in writing.
