Pros
CVS is my second job, and I've been there for years now. I remain there because the work have become second nature to me. I and the other staff are comfortable with our work and manage to put out 500 prescriptions daily, though we still get penalized if we go over a couple of hours in our budget or if we get bad ratings in customer service. I'm not saying we are horrible to our customers, but the only reason why we get the bad ratings is because customers get upset when their drug is expensive because the insurance doesnt want to pay for it. They are under the impression that CVS has the control to determine the prices.
Cons
bottom line is, all they care about are the ratings and numbers, and dont see the kind of work and courtsey to the patients we provide on a daily basis.
