Pros
Remote flexibility is positive. Karen Lynch is a good person and leader but has lost control of the Aetna division which is dysfunctional. At one time there was also a sense of CVS Aetna being a big company with a small company mindset. That has changed since the combining of CVS and Aetna.
Cons
2022 management choices and decisions were misguided. VPs loyal to outgoing leadership are at war with lieutenants who are seeking to carve out kingdoms for themselves while senior leadership is transitioning and likely to be replaced. Very hostile workplace. Good people are leaving or being terminated to make room for inexperienced, malicious micromanagers.
