Pros
Great people Permanent WFH Great hours Decent pay Ok benefits
Cons
They say you will get 6 weeks of training but what you really get is 2.5 weeks of learning a ton of information once, with no practice, and then being set loose on actual members. You can not switch positions for 6 months. They would rather have you quit and reapply for a new position (waste of money if you ask me ) thank move you to a position that you maybe better suited for. Lots of angry people that you really have no way to help -you are told to not remember anything but to research everything but researching tool is one of the most confusing things ever. From the moment you get out of training they want you to be talking call for 100% of shift. There is a button your supposed to be able to use for after call work (to type notes and regroup after bad calls) but then are told you are not allowed to use it Peers get to listen to your calls and tell you how to do it better. Only interaction I ever had with my supervisor was through chat. Not even so much as a zoom meeting to Introduce themselves or get to know any of the people underneath them.
