managers always assume you're wrong and they're right; workers are lazy, unreliable, unprofessional...manager delegates work to you when THEY are getting paid to do it...how am I responsible for making the work schedule for other techs? they never apologize.....unfair pay!! an employee I was training as a pharm. tech was getting paid more than I was! --- If i had not spoken up or asked questions, this would never have been fixed...it took 2 months to get in contact w/ the district manager (lower management never responded)...the pay adjustment was not retrospective either....on top of that..the computer system was confusing, customers were always complaining
