Job security, compensation, 401k. Recognition for goals met. Management is accompdating with schedule requests and finding coverage. Some independence is granted - they are good about letting employees decide how to acheive goals.
Cons
It's a big company, some of it's programs aren't logical but you still have to implement them, big focus on metrics and outcomes.
