Pros
Slightly less stingy with technician hours than Walgreens, so it is nice to be able to share the workload.
Cons
They are hell bent on keeping a minimum of people at full-time eligibility. To qualify for holiday pay, sick days, vacation pay, or health insurance you must be full time. To be coded as full time you must have and average of 32+ SCHEDULED hours for a rolling 90-day period. Meaning a part-timer picking up shifts is wasting their time and when the managers "forget" to load a schedule into the system, reaching these unrealistic requirements becomes impossible.
