-Management constantly changing -Hours always being cut -Not enough help hired/scheduled to work at the busiest hours -Underappreciated by customers -Expect no lunches or breaks. -Terrible benefits as a part-timer and full-timer -Real customer service is taught as a backseat skill. It's all about getting the customer in and out the door. -District Managers care more about what the customer says than what the real, actual story is -Always a new and "improved" program made every month to learn and utilize by corporate with little to zero success.
