Pros
-Most of the coworkers and managers at the store level were okay to work with for the most part. I got along with everybody. This also depends on what store and the culture within that store.
Cons
-District/Corporate managers seems to not answer calls nor texts on the weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week. They cannot just shut their phone off simply because it is the weekend especially when something dire is going on at the store. -They reward bad behavior of employees. It seems to me that company politics are always in play where good respectable employees are getting screwed over constantly. -They care about profits and not the care of patients/customers. The minute clinic is always booked back-to-back, with limited time per patient, prioritizing money over clients. -If you speak up or stand up for yourself they will find a way to push you out of your role.
