      Pros

      its a company for those are at saturation level of their career, means those people whos wants to settle, doesn't want any challenging work, dont want to learn anything and majorly don't want any good hike in salary. means a tension free retirement kind of job

      Cons

      no salary hike, no learning, and if there is any chance of going onsite (USA) only maneger will go that too more then one time again n again.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
