      Pros

      Great management team and coworkers. Warm work environment. Everyone has a kind heart, (at the immediate level).

      Cons

      I recently had my work computer stop working. With me being a remote worker, they had to ship me a new one. I was forced to use my hard-earned vacation time for the 2 days I was out of work. This isn't the first time I've had to use my vacation time for missed work that had been a work related issue either. I don't recommend anyone work for this company as if something breaks, you're paying for it.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
