      Pros

      It s a vast corporation that is much more laid back than what I have heard about in the consulting world.

      Cons

      Stagnation at the top and slow upward climb. The bonuses are almost an insult since they come a quarterly culmulative basis according to how much you bill. If you happen to be on the bench at the beginning of the year, your bonuses will be screwed for all four quarters. I think they pay the industry average, but really fail on the raises front. Negotiating upfront is way more important.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
