      Knowledge Transfer is good Decent training program for the freshers Cultural activities are promoted Pays decent if you are able to prove your mettle Diverse set technologies in the space of J2EE, so you get to learn a lot

      Not many opportunities to grow Career choices are limited Limited onsite opportunities Pay is strictly kept to industry standards Work profile not given according to your choice

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
