      Pros

      There are a few exceptional people that make the place almost tolerable. However, too many people are trying to figure out what part off the "GLEE" club they belong to. Sorry, you'll need to check the CSC website for the acronym decoder. CSC's main client is the Government. Do you think they make lots of cash?

      Cons

      HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE senior level management. Did I say horrible? Management has fooled Wall Street and driven stock prices up by using ancient management strategies against employees (gotten give them credit-they work) and hiring children from college without any consultant or SAP experience. As Mr. T would say, I pitty the po fool that buys this company.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
