      Pros

      Firstly, Flexibility. No work tension, we can enjoy working at CSC. And also, Job security. There's no bossism. They treat al the employees equally (either CEO or manager or any other employee). I love the CSC's Skillport. It's a very good place to learn new things. I also like the rule of the company that, every employee should spend few hours every year learning new things by attending online classes and classroom training.

      Cons

      Though freshers feel that compensation is good when compared to other companies, but it is less for experienced.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
