      Pros

      The best reasons to work for computer sciences is that they are a great company, you can advance a lot in the company, they pay great, a lot of great people work with csc and they are really great about getting an education while you work. They have always worked well with my school schedule and they make sure people are placed where they are needed.

      Cons

      There are really not a lot of downsides, except that most of the work we receive are contract based so there can be times when there are not many contracts or we lose a contract, then work will become slow or you will have to be moved to another contract.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
