Pros

Renumeration and flexible benefits were excellent, despite consistently missing the company bonus the last 4 years. The benefits were so good it made leaving CSC more difficult Work life balance can be good, unless you find yourself trying to fill gaps caused by redundancies within delivery and leveraged support teams Teamwork was excellent on many accounts

Cons

CEO cost cutting is cutting too deep, and CSC is losing its key staff for both maintaining its systems and making and managing new deliveries. Basic mistakes are being made consistently, increasing pressure on the remaining competent staff to fix the deficiencies of others Demoralised staff due to continual redundancy rounds, and lose of skilled and dependable staff

Pros

Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

Cons

Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
