      Pros

      i) perfect work life balance ii) good infrastructure iii) most flexi policies iv) no. of projects are good so can roam around them v) good hike (at the time of joining) vi) you can collect good accolades :)

      Cons

      i) bad appraisal policies ii) company is too flexible so sometime people who don't deserve gets most iii) partiality between employees above three are there everywhere in the industry so these are not actually CONs...we have to know how to deal with it.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
