      Pros

      Salary is above average Some great people Some work location flexibility Consulting feel to the business Good PPM methodology and tools Some decent Project Managers

      Cons

      Restructure, restructure, restructure = rock bottom moral No pay rises but at the same time senior management make huge annual bonuses, it simply isn't right - your staff are not stupid ($90.5m for the top team post merger!!) Poor senior leadership strategy and execution The merger with HPE (as a former employee) Poor man management Headhunted for a role that didn't exist, ended up doing a job at a level I was operating at 8 years ago.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
