      Beaux locaux, belles plantes Metro a côté Cantine potable Belle vue sur Paris Difficile de placer 20 mots minimum sur les avantages !

      Dirigé par des vendeurs de hardware sans expériences service et conseil, aucun poids vive à vis des US Pas de stratégie à part saigner les clients au max et ne pas augmenter les collaborateurs Pas d'organigramme ( cela permet d'éviter les mises à jour quotidiennes)

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
