      Pros

      If you like a good fixer upper, this is the place for you. There's a lot of opportunity if you have the tenacity and patience.

      Cons

      The organisation itself does not "move at the speed of change". Antiquated processes and tools are prevalent across the business. Lack of direction from the top down. 6 months into the performance year with no business KPIs set. Pay rates are well below the market average.

      Pros

      Good benefits including 401(k) with company match.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload. The pay does not match the amount of stress that comes from the amount of work given. They are hiring new employees for the same role offering about $30k-$40k more than they pay those who have been there for years instead of compensating current employees fairly. Management is out of touch. They are so focused on numbers that they cannot clearly see the internal issues that are compromising relationships with customers.
