      Unlimited earning potential. Growing organization. Well financed. Strong benefits. Will invest and take some risk. Well know in the industry. Strategic locations.

      Unreceptive to feedback or ideas internally. Poor communication and extremely slow, at times lacking any response from management. Unprofessional atmosphere at times. Inconsistent business decisions. A few toxic managers seem to wag the dog.

      Good Fun company to work for - Very fast paced

      Cons

      Had to fight for inventory on a daily basis before someone else sold it so being on the west coast you had to get the information the same time east got it othewise it was too late
