The churn for employees is remarkably high. Not interested in new ideas.

Pros
Friendly coworkers and environment. Average Pay compared to similar jobs. Management will listen to you (if you ever get time to flag one down).
Cons
Poor working conditions (no chairs at stationary working posts, music just recently played over speakers, no phones, no AC or Heat, broken pallets misplaced) Ignored by Management for long stretches of time. Understaffed Will be overworked with unreasonable quotas or won't be informed of daily work goals at all. (volume of work increases beyond current employee capacity.) Heavy Favoritism shown. Poor inventory management software.
