Catered to friends of management, no opportunity, impossible commission plan

CEO is a nice guy, warehouse staff and logistics division is spectacular.
Cons
Commission plan is impossible if you are new to the business, you need to move over $6 million in material to break even at your base pay. Management micromanages every deal and has a terrible demeanor interacting with employees and insulting them and being condescending. Company has made a living selling hard drives and memory and wants to move in a new direction but the long term guys there talk to the same 3 customers and take orders to make their commission and are never charged with taking on new business. Key accounts are handed to employees that management likes allowing reps to succeed while others are left to create their own portfolio. No protected territories/product pillars, everyone is fighting each other and insulting each other behind their backs.
