Pros
Many intellectually challenging ideas and issues to be dealt with. Efforts made to share information with employees. The location is very nice.
Cons
Cost cutting to the extreme; made for an unpleasant atmosphere. Several Sr. Managers did not stop working, causing those below them to feel poorly for not being interested in late meetings and so forth.
