      Pros

      CNA has some wonderful, nice hardworking people. Someone that wants to learn will do so in abundance.

      Cons

      Growth is for the selected few irrespective of how hard you work. Raises and bonus are politically motivated. Constant confusion due to restructuring, layoffs and outsourcing.

      Everyone is very helpful. My management team is very laid back in regards to the return to office mandate for underwriters.
