Such a diverse great company to work for with lots of opportunity for promotions and internal job opportunities. If you are willing to go the extra mile the sky is the limit. With full benifits a company pension while earning an honest salary or wage compliment your career and make the best out of it. I have been working in the industry for about 6 years but I am new to the company as I finished conductor school and picked up a job in engineering as a track maintainer to keep busy , and am applying for a transfer to transportation as I am a conductor at heart. I recommend doing working here if you can stay positive about things you will go far and have a great career.
Cons
I get to work with trains which is a dream come true there are no cons. Lol
