Pros

Excellent Pay, Defined benefit pension, which is very rare, Employee Share Investment Program Decent benefits.

Cons

Management is constantly looking for reasons to discipline employees. Do not expect to be rewarded in anyway for a job well done, but do expect to be disciplined for your performance good or bad. Management often has target employees which they watch constantly in hopes of penalizing them. This is not a way of increasing safety but a way to silence employees who stand up for their rights as workers. This results in a great deal of animosity between management and employees as well as poor morale.

Pros

Pays decently well for first job out of college. My manager and team are very reasonable with expectations placed on new hires. Working after office hours (past 4:30pm) is extremely rare and only expected in emergencies.

Cons

Very slow and/or limited job growth potential. Promotions into middle management are almost purely based on reputation with middle managers who are largely people with previous field experience. This is very disadvantageous to direct-from-college hires like myself and even my current manager.
