Pros

Pay is good and the benefit package is interesting. The job is highly stimulating and can bring a lot of motivation.

Cons

On paper, the job look good but in reality, that company is a nightmare. Thought the job on the track is fun and the pay is much above the average, labors relations are the worst I ever saw in a company. This company have no respect for its workforce and alway try to make you the culprit of its own lack. Bullying and harassement is common by the management and whenever you try to complain, you're told to comply to the orders you receive from your supervisor. Discipline is also highly exagerated and they seem to make an exemple with you every time a mistake. Everybody is afraid for their job and cooperation is not alway present among a team. Avoid this company if you can afford not having a 60k $/y.

Pros

Pays decently well for first job out of college. My manager and team are very reasonable with expectations placed on new hires. Working after office hours (past 4:30pm) is extremely rare and only expected in emergencies.

Cons

Very slow and/or limited job growth potential. Promotions into middle management are almost purely based on reputation with middle managers who are largely people with previous field experience. This is very disadvantageous to direct-from-college hires like myself and even my current manager.
