      Pros

      Pretty free flowing by the employee company. You seldom are micromanaged. Very good and positive people. There are a lot of good people that work for this company and are very supportive of what we do together as a team.

      Cons

      Only top 10% get bonuses. System changes lately are very cumbersome. Evaluation system should be eliminated as it doesn't seem to fill any purpose. Would like to see them eliminated and allow the supervisors to control their own budgets based upon the margins of their particular projects.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
