After having the opportunity of working with a project involving many offices I've realized CH2M is a great place to work, with a variety of tools and resources to make the projects successful. - Willing to help personnel - Unlimited resources from offices all over the world - Managers willing to mentor and help
Cons
Mexico Office is just a huge roadblock to execute projects - Lack of interest in the success of a project - Lack of willingness to share work with other offices and adapt - Supporting departments are just a pain that slow projects down
