- As a woman I found it hard to be taken seriously for career advancement
- I worked in the BD department and information needed from other departments within the company for customer deliverables was more than often delivered to us at the very last minute, making a stressful job even more stressful

I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless.
It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
