      Pros

      CH2M HIll does over employees a lot of options when it comes to work life balance. Flexible schedules and the ablity to work from home are widely supported.

      Cons

      The company seems to have drifted away from the values listed in the Little Yellow Book. For those that have been around a while it is begining to feel that the book is more of a marketing tool than anything else.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
