Pros
There's free coffee and sometimes a free lunch can be found. The bennies are OK. The insurance provides good coverage, but with a family the monthly premium is costly. They also provide 401K matching, it's not much, but better than nothing in this economy.
Cons
Poor comminication within all ranks of the company. No real advancement potential unless you're in the right clique. They could care less if you have enough billable work to fill out your time sheet, and they don't want to hand out a "light on work" number either.
