Pros
This position pays well, better than most. My supervisor is very supportive and fun to work with. I have a few amazing mentors that have been incredibly encouraging.
Cons
Being treated like a second-class citizen by those who act entitled and also consistently having others underestimate our abilities without knowing us at all. Also, the new requirement that you must have a bachelors degree and several years of desk experience to be a simple receptionist is unnecessary and extreme. Finally, the position itself isn't challenging.
