Pros
The company's senior management really care about employees, the compensation is above average, flexible 9/80 work schedule, there is room for growth
Cons
Not a team environment, not friendly, mid level management does not set up employees for success by encouragement and training within my group. There is quite a bit of immaturity which leads to low morale.
