Pros
Free coffee. The people I worked with were very qualified, intelligent and for the most part good communicators. There were exceptions and those exceptions schmoozed their way into managements favor.
Cons
Anything to do with spending money was an uphill battle, including training. I retired while working there after 9 years, 4 months. There were no benefits. 10 years will get you 50% off of company (still very expensive). A below average to mediocre company overall to work for. I wouldn't be surprised if Lee Mc destroyed it.
