      I've worked here for over 5 years and I love the people I work with. My role presents constant challenges and opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Progression is limited to project redeployment and if you are not on, or coming off, an active project you can see yourself in the same role for some time.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
