Pros
High wages, competitive benefits, well intentioned people, challenging and rewarding work that is helpful to very many people. I've enjoyed working for the company.
Cons
If work becomes thin, you will be forced to use vacation time. This is a sketchy way to treat "salaried" employees, especially since we are usually not paid for overtime. Work > 40 = salaried. Lose a contract or experience slow work = hourly / "vacation" time.
