Very interesting and challenging projects, with good collaboration within teams often spread nationally or globally. Excellent corporate support for flexible schedules and telework.
Cons
Swings in corporate direction under each CEO following beloved Ralph Peterson. 15 years ago private ownership allowed far greater focus on employee morale, training and team-building, which has eroded as the firm goes more corporate and profit focused.
