      Pros

      enjoyable coworkers, experienced engineering specialists. Flexible hours are nice and remote working is allowed in some cases.

      Cons

      company is in financial trouble so layoffs happen frequently and without much notice or severance. There is a climate of fear and many people are looking for other companies. Due to business problems, pay raises are tiny and benefits are below average for the industry.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
