Pros
Overall culture of health and safety were great! Direct management was hands-on, but there was no micromanaging (at least for me). Annual raises were above average.
Cons
No opportunity for career advancement if the employee has no college degree. Even time spent on the job in leu of education was overlooked for new hires with Bachelor's degrees. Company decided that rebranding was more important than keeping hard-working employees. Many efforts to either downsize departments or outsource jobs to other countries.
