CH2M is a firm that has a great culture, robust processes, and is fundamentally very strong. The people are very talented as well as friendly, which makes it a fun place to work. CH2M provides above average benefits (in the industry) and believes in work-life balance.
Cons
The firm is recently going through financial challenges, primarily due to couple of projects which should be wrapped up this year. Expect the firm to get back to the same growth curve that it had earlier.
